Management
Founding management team have a long association with mineral exploration and mining worldwide, having, between them, founded and listed over 10 resource companies on stock exchanges in London, Dublin, Toronto, Oslo and Stockholm.Rolf L. Nordstrom: has been investing in and managing properties in the UK, Belgium Germany and other European countries since the early 1980s. As Executive Chairman of AIM-listed, International Real Estate plc, he has controlled and managed the IT Tower and Manhattan Centre, both in Bruxelles. He rescued the Bjorkdal gold mine in Northern Sweden from Bankruptcy in 2001 and he has held senior Board positions in a number of Natural Resource companies.
David Hall: is a graduate in geology from Trinity College Dublin and holds a Masters Degree in Mineral Exploration from Queens University, Kingston, Ontario. He has 27 years of experience in the exploration sector and has worked on and assessed exploration projects and mines in over 50 countries. He is founder and Deputy Chairman of Canadian listed, GoldQuest Mining Corporation and founder and Non-Executive Chairman of Horizonte Minerals plc, an AIM-listed company focused in Brazil and Peru. He co-founded and is Executive Chairman of Stratex International plc, a Turkish focussed gold explorer in 2004, which is also AIM-listed.
Michael Nolan: is a Chartered Accountant and has worked with Deloitte & Touche in Dublin. Currently Executive Chairman of Vancouver based, Rathdowney Resources Limited, a private natural resource company, operating in Ireland and supported by the Hunter Dickinson Group and Executive Director of Lapp Plats plc, an AIM traded natural resource company. He also serves on the board of several resource exploration and investment companies.
Jeremy Martin: holds a degree in mining geology from the Camborne School of Mines, and a MSc. in mineral exploration from the University of Leicester. He has worked in South America for Inca Pacific Resources Inc. and in Central America and Europe, where he was responsible for grassroots regional metalliferous exploration programmes. He has been involved in the formation of two AIM traded companies and has completed a number of high value mineral project transactions. He has served on the board of Ovoca Gold Plc and is a member of the Society of Economic Geologists, the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining and the Institute of Mining Analysts.
Technical Advisors
Terra has appointed Wardell Armstrong (WA) to assist the company with the evaluation and development of the core assets. WA have substantial experience of research in the coalbed methane field, having undertaken gas-related projects for the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) of the UK Government, CIRIA, IEA Coal Research, the EU and SIMRAC. Operating experience covers projects in the following countries; UK, France, Spain, Poland, North America, South Africa, Africa, China, India, Asia, the Middle and Far East and Australia.WA Technical Capability Include:

- Capture and utilisation of gas at working coal mines
